- Silicone / Rubber Gasket: Provides perfect sealing between decks to avoid leakage of powder or granules.
- Clamping Arrangement: Ensures tight assembly of mesh frames for vibration stability.
Working Principle:
During sifter operation, the vibration causes the rubber or silicone balls to bounce under the mesh screen. This gentle impact dislodges any particles stuck in the mesh openings, maintaining uniform screening and preventing mesh blockage.
