The Masterly Engineering Sparkler Filter Press is a high-performance liquid filtration system designed for crystal-clear filtration in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, and cosmetic industries. Built to GMP standards, it ensures zero leakage, high efficiency, and maximum product recovery while maintaining easy cleaning and operation.
Working Principle
The unfiltered liquid is pumped into the filter press under pressure. It passes through multiple horizontally arranged filter plates, each fitted with filter media (cloth, paper, or membrane). Solids are retained on the media, and the filtrate flows out through a central outlet. The multi-plate design offers a large filtration area in a compact footprint.
